When I had finally decided to sell, I invited Richard from Hardie Properties to come and value my house. I also invited 2 other agents, one an “area specialist” and the other was a small multi suburb agency. Hardie Properties valuation was just lower than the “area specialist” but was much more professional during the consultation so I decided to make use of them.

WOW!!! what professional and courteous service. From the photographer who just knew how to depict the best views of the property, to bringing the right viewers who were interested in this type of property and keeping me well appraised of the situation until the transfer was concluded.

I can only recommend Hardie Properties to any prospective seller as they really offer a Five Star Service, irrespective of its location or its value. Given half a chance I would make use of their services again in the future.
