The original Adèle Naude Santos home designed for her parents and built in 1967, situated in a leafy Kenilworth Upper road.

Designed around privacy, each bedroom has its own garden and the house is inconspicuous from the road. For the art lover, skylights were created to illuminate and showcase the art belonging to her parents and also today for our client who has restored this home to its former glory.

Entry to this intriguing home is by a beautifully planted bricked pathway leading to the fire engine red front door. As you step into this modernist home, you are immediately drawn to the architectural brilliance of this house and the lovely natural light that floods into the rooms. Each way you look there are pockets of the lush outdoor greenery and places to relax at different times of the day or to suit your mood. At anytime you are completely private to your neighbours.
